Sleeping with Jeff Bridges

I'm sleeping with Jeff Bridges.

Not every night...although I wouldn't mind. He is a truly beautiful human being.

No...not every night...just on those nights when I need someone with a deep, melodic and intoxicating voice to lull me to sleep. 

I especially like the affirmations in this Feeling Good soundtrack.  Along with the standards, "You are a good person." & "You belong and are accepted." there are a few not-so-standard additions like "You smell nice." "You order well at restaurants." and "You have excellent insights about popular movies."

And my favorite "When a birthday happens at work, your co-workers sing at a lower volume just to hear your voice sing Happy Birthday."

His website Dreaming with Jeff was launched in 2015...thank you Square Space! Everything about it brings me joy...and peace...and sleep.
